Nature of Our Products
Our products are digital products. They are downloadable files and do not include any physical goods.
When You May Request Help or a Refund
If access to your digital product fails, a file is damaged or incorrect, or the product materially differs from its description, please email us. Include your order number, the email address used for purchase, and a clear description of the issue. Never send card details or other sensitive payment information by email.
Our Response
We will investigate your request and provide the remedy required by applicable law. This may include restoring access to your purchase, providing a corrected file, offering a price reduction, or issuing a refund. Where the law entitles you to a refund, no replacement is required.
Discretionary refunds
We do not offer additional discretionary change-of-mind or satisfaction-guarantee refunds for digital products.
Your Statutory Rights
All applicable statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund and consumer rights remain unaffected by this policy.
Downloading and Your Rights
