Information we collect
We may collect:
- Your email address and any details you voluntarily provide when you request resources, join a waitlist, create an account or contact us for support.
- Order details, billing information required at checkout and payment status.
- Technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, approximate timestamps and security logs.
We will never ask you to send passwords or card details by email. Card and payment credentials are handled by the payment provider used at checkout and are not sent to us through ordinary contact forms.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver requested files and purchases.
- Manage waitlists and accounts.
- Answer questions and support requests.
- Keep transaction and support records.
- Prevent abuse and maintain the security of the site.

Marketing and analytics

We do not need private workbook answers, employee names or sensitive workplace details for analytics. Please do not submit these through analytics or feedback forms.

This does not mean that every provider processes every transaction or interaction.

We use proportionate safeguards to help protect personal information. However, no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
